What we collect
Your email address — if you join the waitlist. That's it. No name, no location, no custody or family information through our website forms.
For analytics, we use Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data, fully GDPR compliant) and Google Analytics (GA4), which may use cookies per Google's privacy policy.
What happens with your email
One thing: you get notified when the Custody Schedules app launches. No selling, no renting, no sharing with third parties, no marketing emails beyond that single launch notification. Your address is stored in our Supabase-hosted database (SOC 2 Type II compliant), protected by row-level security policies.
Your rights and how to reach us
Want your data deleted? Email hello@custodyschedules.com and it's gone within 7 business days. Same address for any privacy questions.
A note on what's ahead
When the Custody Schedules app launches, this policy will expand to cover custody schedule data, shared calendar data, exchange logs, and any other information stored within the app. Material changes will get a new date at the top of this page.
